Please contact me for custom and personalised orders. I do accept these requests and I will do my best to accommodate your needs but this depends on a personal basis and I cannot make guarantees.

For prints, cards and other paper products: Please try not to bend or crush the paper. Keep it as flat as possible and be mindful of the corners. I recommend housing prints in a frame. Be mindful of handling prints and make sure you have clean hands. Try to touch them at the edges as your fingers may naturally leave fingerprints. Keep away from open flames, water, and other liquids.
For stickers: Vinyl stickers should keep in good condition but try and keep away from water and other liquids where possible.

Please see the options for Gift wrapping and packaging when checking-out. I offer neutral gift wrapping in Kraft brown paper with a white ribbon bow. I can also add gift messages which will be handwritten.

Please note: Once an order is shipped, the package is out of my hands. I cannot 'speed up' shipping or guarantee delivery by a certain date as this is down to your local postal service or potential Customs delays.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, they have been experiencing delays at the moment, all being well orders will arrive on time but occasionally international orders can take a bit longer. Hopefully this isn't the case and your order does arrive quickly. For international orders, Royal Mail transfers over to your main postal service.
